To all the families effected by this unspeakable tragedy: My heart aches for each one of you. I am so sorry for what happened to you. I have three children, two are grown and I have a six year old daughter (who is a daisy girl scout) and couldn't imagine my life without them. Since that horrible day I treasure them more than ever. I hug and kiss my six year old as much as possible (she gets mad when I try to snuggle to much). Last year we had a child (she was 5) in our school, killed by her mother. It still doesn't seem possible for someone to hurt a small child. I wish there was something I could do to fix the problem of mental illness and drug abuse but I don't even know where to begin (I'm sorry). I can offer prayer for each of you! I can love my child and treasure each day I have with her and teach her to grow up to be a good person. I am making bracelets made of green and white yarn, each has 26 loops for each one of your loved ones that were taken much too soon. I am giving them to all my friends and family in their memory. I will always keep you in my heart forever and you will never be forgotten. I'm sorry the media won't leave you alone but please know that the world does care and most of us wish we could help you through this horrible tragedy. God Bless you. Sincerely, Diana Burritt, Chauncey, Ohio
