Dear townspeople of Newtown,

I really don't know where to begin with how sorry I am that this tragedy happened in your town. The children and their educators will be in my prayers. I hope that things are done to prevent this from happening in the future whether it be gun restrictions or additional funding for mental health. For me, personally, it really brought to light how, as a student, I should be reaching out to those who need help - or just friendship - in my grade and school. I will definitely do my best.
